Tips for an Easy Install:

• If possible, cut the openings with a center-blade shear rather than a jigsaw. This will result in cleaner edges, less debris, and reduced hammering on the sheet metal of the van.

• Paint the cut edges of the new window opening to prevent rusting at the mounting edges.

• These windows clamp directly onto the sheet metal body of the vehicle and don’t require spacers, but they can’t clamp to anything thicker than 1/8″.

• Pre-drill the holes with a 1/16″ metal drill bit to avoid damaging the window or screw. Finish tightening with a handheld screwdriver to prevent stripping the hole.
