Important: Before ordering, your van must be weighed at a public weigh station to determine the exact rear axle weight. The vehicle’s GVWR (Gross Vehicle Weight Rating) on the door tag is not sufficient for this process. Proper weight measurement ensures we can match the correct spring rate for your van and achieve the intended ride height and lift performance.

These leaf springs are engineered to provide a 3.5″ to 4″ lift in the rear suspension, improving ground clearance and supporting heavier camper conversions or buildouts. Choose the correct spring based on your rear axle weight and build type:

• 3400 lbs: Standard passenger vans or cargo vans with minimal buildouts

• 4000 lbs: Camper vans with moderate buildouts, high tops, or towing setups

• 5000 lbs: Heavy camper builds, ambulances with single rear wheels

• 8000 lbs: Dual rear wheel vehicles like Chinook Class C motorhomes or ambulance conversions
