Tips for Easy Installation on Your Chevy Express Van:

1. Use center-blade shears to cut the opening for a cleaner cut with less debris. This method reduces damage and noise compared to using a jigsaw.

2. Be sure to paint the cut edges of the new window opening to avoid rusting.

3. The clamp mechanism fits directly onto the sheet metal of your vehicle. No spacers are required, but the sheet metal can only be 1/8″ thick.

4. Let the self-tapping screws do the work and bore their own holes, but pre-drilling with a 1/16″ metal drill bit is recommended for ease of installation. Finish tightening with a handheld screwdriver to prevent stripping.
