Aluminess Roof Rack orders:
All roof racks are considered special order. They very rarely make 2 roof racks that are identical. Roof racks are made to each customer’s specifications to fit their intended use. for this reason, roof racks are not refundable unless a new buyer is found. Products that have been shipped or installed may be returned to our facility with prior authorization from customer service.
A 10% Credit card fee will be deducted from the refund to cover bank fees. A $250.00 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund if our engineering team has created a roof rack spec drawing.
