Life Forge LLC – Refund and Returns Policy

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted. We’ll let you know if this applies when reviewing your return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll send you an email to confirm we got it and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days (depending on your bank or card provider).

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t seen your refund yet, here’s what to do:
  • Double-check your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank — sometimes processing takes a little longer.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at info@countryoffroad.com and send your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once we receive the return, we’ll send you a gift certificate. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift at the time of purchase or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we’ll issue the refund directly to the gift giver and they’ll be notified of the return.

Important Notes:

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Shipping Time: The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
  • Trackable Shipping: For valuable items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without it.
