Product Description:

Toyota 4Runner Skid plate systems typically incorporate multiple plates positioned beneath your vehicle to provide comprehensive protection. Specifically designed for 5th gen Toyota 4Runners, this connector plate is mounted behind the front bumper, bridging the gap between the bumper and other skid plates. Crafted from durable 0.25″ aluminum, this connector plate is exclusively compatible with our Backwoods 4Runner Front Bumpers. It serves to connect the bottom mount of the winch and bumper to the factory skid plate frame mounts, ensuring crucial protection for the front-end cooler lines.

This kit is suitable for 5th gen 4Runners with or without KDSS. While the connector plate is designed to work with RCI skid plates and potentially other manufacturers, it will only bolt up to our front bumper.

For users with a Warn winch, we provide two bolts that securely sandwich your connector plate, Backwoods 4Runner bumper, and winch. These bolts conveniently thread into two of your winch mounts. However, if you have a different winch, we cannot guarantee compatibility with our supplied bolts. In such cases, you may need to source two bolts that thread into the specific winch nuts of your equipment.
