Tips for Easy Install:

• If possible, use a center-blade shear instead of a jigsaw to cut the openings, resulting in cleaner edges, less debris, and reduced hammering on the sheet metal.

• Be sure to paint the cut edges of the new window opening to prevent rust.

• This window is designed to clamp directly to the sheet metal body of the vehicle and does not require spacers, but it cannot clamp to anything thicker than 1/8″.

• Pre-drill the holes with a 1/16″ metal drill bit to avoid damaging the window or screw. Finish tightening with a handheld screwdriver to prevent stripping the hole.
