1992-2007 | 2008-2025 Ford Econoline – E-Series Front Bumper

Aluminess crafted the Front Winch Bumper for the 1992-2007 Ford E-Series van, prioritizing both aesthetics and superior performance. Weighing a mere 85 pounds, the all-aluminum construction ensures longevity without premature wear on brakes, suspension, steering, or tires. Its rust-resistant nature guarantees durability, even in salty environments. The black powder-coated front bumper accommodates a Warn M12000 or 16.5ti winch and features a lockable storage compartment for tire chains, tow straps, and miscellaneous parts. Integrated shackle mounts offer added versatility, accepting a shackle with a 7/8 in. pin. Whether navigating off-road terrains or safeguarding against wildlife, an Aluminess bumper proves its reliability. Vents and the iconic Aluminess “A” cut enhance the design. Please note that lights, shackles, winches, receivers, and brush guard crossbars are additional options not included in the standard bumper price. All bumpers now feature square light holes.

Ford redesigned the grill on the 2008 and newer Econoline, which allowed Aluminess to make a sleeker looking bumper. The Aluminess off-road Front Winch Bumper sits tucked back underneath the vehicle to keep length down while still protecting the front-end and housing a winch. The all-aluminum construction weighs just 85 pounds, so there is no need to worry about brakes, suspension, steering, and tires wearing out prematurely. Aluminum also doesn’t rust, so your Aluminess bumper will hold up even in salty environments. The 2008-2014 Ford Econoline off road front bumper will hold a Warn M12000 or 16.5ti winch and is powder coated black. If you don’t run a winch, the bumper has a lockable storage compartment to hold tire chains, tow straps, and many other parts you don’t want cluttering up your van. We build shackle mounts into all of our front bumpers to accept a shackle with 7/8 in. pin.
